This voyage is designed to discover in a 9 day trip the major highlights of Southern Spain: Seville, Cordoba Granada, Ronda, sublime mountain landscapes in the Alpujarras and the tranquility of the sunny Mediterranean coastline.

Do it at your own pace, accompanied by the rhythm of flamenco music and the spectacular dance of the pure bred horses of Jerez.

  • Arrival in Seville and private transfer to your preferred hotel.
  • Rest of the day at leisure. In our Box of experiences, you will find plenty of optional ideas to enliven the rest of the day, like a panoramic tour in a horse drawn carriage, a Tapas tour accompanied by our expert guide and connoisseur of good eating and local wines or a dinner and authentic flamenco show.

  • Tour of the Monumental Seville. This private guided tour constitutes an essential introduction to the multicultural identity of Seville. The Real Alcázar (Royal Palace) displays a ravishing collection of palaces and gardens of different ages. The Cathedral, the largest gothic building ever constructed, hoards treasures of art. The adjacent Santa Cruz Quarter retains in its labyrinth of passageways and blossoming patios the soul of Andalusia.

  • Private transfer Seville - Jerez in a luxury coach. (Distance 90 km, 1h 15).
  • Visit of Jerez and a traditional cellar of Sherry wines. This guided tour to monumental Jerez and a traditional winery will provide visitors with an in-depth description of the history of this town close to the Atlantic Ocean as well as a detailed explanation of the sherry-making process on a visit to the only bodega in Jerez whose production focuses exclusively upon the very oldest of sherry wines and brandies.

  • Visit of Cádiz. the oldest city in the Western World. Explore with our expert guide the luminous Cádiz, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. The city, founded 3000 years ago by the Phoenicians, displays the treasures of its very ancient history: archaeological remains, mysterious sarcophagi of the old Gadir and a Roman theatre facing the Ocean. The city received the trading monopoly with the Spanish possessions in America in the 18th and 19th century. This period of prosperity is manifest through the neoclassical architecture of the houses of the rich merchants, elegant squares and cafés, the mighty Cathedral dominating the gulf which has a familiar air with the Havana Bay.

  • Departure from Seville to Cordoba – Private transfer (1:45 hour drive).
  • Private guided tour: Monumental Cordoba. Your expert guide will introduce you to the history of a city which a thousand years ago was the magnificent capital of the Umayyad Caliphate. The main symbol of its splendor is of course the Great Mosque-Cathedral, the grandest and most beautiful ever constructed in Spain. It stands right in the centre of the city, surrounded by the Jewish Quarter, with its 14th century Synagogue, its charming traditional mansions and blossoming patios. Duration. 2:30 hours
  • Free lunch. As an alternative, you can always choose from a varied number of excellent restaurants in the city that your guide will happily recommend.
  • Optional Old Taverns tour. Taverns in Cordoba represent the playful, lively and communicative heritage of Andalusia. These are meeting places where your guide will introduce you to this genuine cultural tradition in a cozy atmosphere.
  • Transfer to Granada and accommodation in your preferred hotel.
  • 1st night in Granada.

  • Private guided tour.Alhambra and Generalife: Pick-up at the hotel by your guide for an unforgettable visit to the Alhambra and the Generalife. The citadel built by the sultans of the Nasrid dynasty exhibits a collection of gardens and palaces which recreates an earthly paradise. The fusion of nature and architecture is perfect in the Generalife, where the sunken gardens replicate the texture of the floral ornamentation carved on the walls. Your expert guide will reveal to you the secrets beyond the beauty of this masterpiece of Islamic art and architecture. Duration. 3 hours. (NOTE: the visit time can be either in the morning or the afternoon, depending on ticket availability).

  • Our suggestion: as a delectable introduction to the city and its gastronomy, we recommend our evening Tapas Tour in selected bars and bodegas in historic quarters, accompanied by your guide and connoisseur of fine food and local wines. You may also choose a tour in the Albayzin quarter with stunning views of the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada mountains and end a perfect day with a private concert of Spanish guitar in a handpicked restaurant in Granada.

  • Day trip to Las Alpujarras. Las Alpujarras is one of the very few regions that have succeeded in keeping its tradition and history. You can visit white villages with only a few hundred inhabitants that have preserved their urban structure since the Middle Ages. Choose from two tours:
  • - Cultural Tour. You will walk through the streets and charming squares of these white small villages, learning about their history and customs.
  • - Hiking and Tradition Tour. It combines the cultural visit with hiking activities between the different villages. Our guide will select the perfect itinerary for you adapted to your needs.

  • Departure from Granada and transfer to Malaga.
  • Private guided tour of Malaga. Discover the essence of this Mediterranean port city founded by the Phoenicians, accompanied by our heritage-expert guide. Two mighty Islamic citadels dominate the old harbour and the city centre, which houses in a dense perimeter monuments from different ages, like the Roman Theatre. The Picasso Museum is a must-see visit where you will feel eight decades of creativity by the brilliant painter born in Malaga.

  • Transfer to Ronda (approx. 1 hour drive from Marbella)
  • Private guided tour of Ronda. The Andalusian town has always captivated travelers, from the European Romantic writers of the 19th century to Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles. Its famous bridge and white-washed houses hang on a vertiginous gorge and dominate green pastures. This most enchanting Andalusian town greets the visitor with its artistic balconies, historical mansions with blossoming patios and striking views (Mondragón Palace and the palace of the Moorish Kings). The Christian and Islamic legacies coexist in a labyrinth of winding streets, churches, old Mosques and remarkably preserved Arab baths – all enclosed by a mighty 12th century wall. The prestigious bullring in Ronda, one of the oldest in Spain, is also a must-see.

  • Enjoy a day at leisure on the Costa del Sol, which enjoys a mild climate all year round and sandy beaches. You can wander in the Old Quarter of Marbella, where the street plan preserves the irregular layout that is characteristic of the Arabic era, although some of its narrow streets open onto plazas designed immediately after the Christian Conquest. Enjoy an afternoon at your leisure in Puerto Banus, one of the most exclusive marinas of the Mediterranean Sea where sumptuous yachts berth.
